Returns
We hope you love your item, but in the event you do not, here is all of the information to process your return.
RETURN POLICY 1

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, no pet hair, no smells, and no stains. You’ll also need the paper invoice you received with your order. Please include on the invoice why you are returning the product. We reserve the right to refuse or give only a partial refund based on the condition of the item returned.

Returns are given a refund in the original form of payment or as store credit (in the form of an e-gift card that does not expire). Returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.
We are not responsible for returned shipping costs to the customer for items deemed not eligible for return, lost, or stolen packages.
No returns are accepted after 14 days. Any return refused by us will be shipped back to you at your cost. If a return is accepted after the 14 day, in special circumstances, a $6 restocking fee will be applied.
The customer is responsible for shipping of returned items. Please include the original packing slip in your return order. If that is not, available please include your name and email address. Please use the shipping company of your choice but we do recommend a tracking number. A refund of the original shipping cost during purchase will not be refunded.

Returns accepted must be unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the return.
An email will be sent to you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
A return authorization number will be given to you and is required for all returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You have 3 days upon arrival of the item to contact us with any defects or damages to the item. Return shipping will be covered for damaged pieces. Item must include a picture of the defect.
Damaged items are must be unworn and with tags still attached.
Exact colors of items may vary depending on lighting, location, and computer monitors used, this does not count as a defect in the item, and the customer will pay for return shipping if shipped back to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Final sale (Black Friday discounts), clearance, flash sale, and deal of the day items are non-returnable items.
Exchanges
These are not offered at this time. We must process the order as a return and refund (as original form of payment or an e- gift card), following the return policy as stated above.
